The other dimension
You dove through Kipinä. On this side a powder coating line runs on your screen: ten stages, real geometry from a real plant. Scroll along with one part.
Parts are hung on the conveyor. Grounding happens here, because without it the powder will not stick.
The conveyor climbs to the upper floor. The line is a loop: it does not start or end, it circulates.
Grease and dirt off. The serpentine gives the wash zones the time they need.
The turn wheel takes the part to the next pass. Same space, many runs.
Air is blown from below. You cannot powder coat a wet surface.
Back down. The part is clean and dry, and it cools on the way.
Electrostatically charged powder clings to the part. The overspray is recovered and returned to circulation.
The powder melts and cross-links into a coating. Here the dust becomes a durable surface.
The outdoor loop cools it down. The coating hardens enough to handle.
The finished part comes off, and the empty hanger carries on around.
This is how a process can run in a browser
A production line, machine operation or service path can use the same format when a still image cannot explain movement or order. It runs in a browser and on a phone without an installation.
