Pole Bicycles: a company with no permanent staff
Hiisi is a made-to-measure e-MTB by Pole Bicycles, machined and assembled to the rider's dimensions in Jyväskylä. Pole Bicycles operates with no permanent staff. I built its configurator, order management and customer tracking page with AI assistance.
Configurator and order management
The configurator computes over 100,000 builds and tells the rider what fits. The Staff app handles orders, margin and invoicing. Every customer follows their order on a personal My Hiisi page, and the brand site is edited with AI in minutes. I define the rules, check the numbers and decide what gets published.

The new Pole refines our inventions
Pole began by questioning established solutions. I combined the best characteristics of downhill and trail bikes in an enduro bike. We wanted to use the strength of 7075 aluminium and developed a machining and bonding method to do so.
Hiisi continues this work. The new Pole refines our inventions and turns production into an art. A frame made to the rider’s measurements and the ordering systems built around it are parts of the same undertaking.
