Hiisi: a company with no permanent staff

Hiisi is a made-to-measure e-MTB, machined and assembled to the rider's dimensions in Jyväskylä. The whole business runs on AI with no permanent staff.

The machine runs the pipelines

The configurator computes over 100,000 builds and tells the rider what fits. The Staff app handles orders, margin and invoicing. Every customer follows their order on a personal My Hiisi page, and the brand site is edited with AI in minutes. I built the pipelines by talking to AI. I define the rules, check the numbers and decide what gets published.

What the machine does and what the person does

The machine calculates the options, moves the order and gathers the information. The product, customers and decisions remain with me. A Mahtisonni client may need one part of this system: quote calculation, a selector, an order pipeline or a conversationally maintained website.
